This foundation exists to support organizations already on the frontlines—through ethical, transparent, and sustainable funding.
A self-sustaining financial model
Unlike traditional foundations that rely on donations alone, Vaugnity generates passive income through long-term partnerships with mission-aligned businesses.
Some partners commit part of their profits to the foundation, while others contribute through specific impact-linked mechanisms. This model creates consistent resources we can invest where they’re most needed—without depending on constant fundraising.

Vaugnity is incorporated as a public benefit foundation (Stichting van Openbaar Nut) under Belgian law. We are governed by an independent board and operate with full transparency.
